Discovering Da Vinci Daily: Day 05: Subtle Speculation 

This is a way to enhance your imagination and visual thinking. As you are about to fall asleep this ability gets better and you can see what you are trying to imagine move vividly. The more you do this the better you will get and if you practice enough you can actually train yourself have more of a "photographic memory." It's best to start with easy things and then work your way up to more complicated ones. Try doing this at night with a sketch by Leonardo, an object in your room, and/ or an animal.
