I just put up the first rough version of a new section/ book on my site. Called "Why weight?" is advice and the truth about loosing weight. What it will really take for someone to take control of their hunger and start loosing weight. I just recently lost 50lbs and am in the best shape i've been in for years. I know exactly what excuses people make in their head and how to over come them.
I think people need to start thinking about weight loss in a different way - obviously pills and gym passes that aren't used dont work. It's all about self control and eating less and the right kinds of food.
